Grant Parker GROUP COO

 Grant is an entrepreneur and a qualified Pharmacist. He is the newly appointed Chief Operating Officer and currently the Divisional CEO of Litha Medical. He is also the Managing Director of Filterworks (Pty) Ltd, formerly Managing Director of the Life Sciences Division of Pall SA.

Morena Makhoana GROUP DEPUTY CEO

Morena is a qualified doctor with experience in the government health system and started his career with The Biovac Institute and Litha Healthcare Holdings. He is currently also the CEO of The Biovac Institute.

Mpumelelo Sowazi GROUP CORPORATE AFFAIRS EXECUTIVE

Mpumi has served in the legal departments of a number of large South African corporations. He has played a key role in the creation and maintenance of the public private partnership with government and strategic positioning of Litha.

Martin Kahanovitz
GROUP CFO

Martin is highly qualified and experienced and the Financial Director of the Group. He has been responsible for building the administration and financial infrastructure from inception to cater for the rapid development of Litha.

Barry Budler GROUP FINANCE EXECUTIVE

Barry is Group Finance Executive and Company Secretary and responsible for implementing corporate governance structures and financial reporting.
