Company Structure

Due to the diversity of the group, Litha Healthcare Group is divided into three Divisions. Each Division represents an industry sector and the technologies within each sector. Within each Division there are 100 % owned business units with the exception of The Biologicals and Vaccines Institute of Southern Africa (Pty) Ltd (The Biovac Institute) which is a Public Private Partnership (PPP) between the South African government and The Biovac Consortium. Each Division is headed by a Divisional CEO who manages the business units which make up their respective Divisions.
